We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was truly magnificent, with a spacious layout and a beautifully clean bathroom. The staff here are more than helpful and incredibly friendly. They truly go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.

I'm always staying in Cosmopolitan. I can't write anything new: it's still wonderful. The hotel I want to go back to. Hotel, thanks to which you are not afraid to stay in the city for one extra day, if something is not in time: it is always cozy and comfortable.

I decided to write a review, although everything is clear - I love Cosmopolitan, this time I was upset:. 1. Prices have risen. It's unpleasant, it's a fact. Many competitors did not raise prices, so I started to look at other hotels, in the end the desire to get a stable good service won, I went to Cosmopolitan again. 2. Breakfast became too expensive. If a month ago it cost additional 50 UAH, now it is 150 UAH. I can already remember this breakfast with my eyes closed - after all, every week I stop in Cosmopolitan. Well, it is not worth it 150 UAH. As a result, he preferred breakfast in restaurants Mafia - 49 UAH. It's not so convenient, it's three times cheaper... 3. Immediately did not understand whether breakfast was included in the price of my room, went down to the restaurant. waiter reported that breakfast was not paid. I think, OK, I'll have a cup of coffee so I don't have to go down for nothing. All the more so because I have stayed in many business class hotels both in Ukraine and abroad: if breakfast is not paid for, then tea or coffee will always be served for free in the lobby bar or restaurant. Coffee at breakfasts in Cosmopolite was drunk many times - an ordinary cheap coffee, made at the most ordinary office coffee machine Saeco. Nothing special, small portion, you can drink quite yourself - in order to cheer up. Nothing really, I get a bill of 32 UAH. I'm crazy. 32 UAH is coffee made by barista in the restaurant DaVinci completely different taste and with a different serve! Well, I think, OK - God is with you. Please include it in the hotel bill - you can not. OKAY, OKAY. I'll give you the card, please count it. the terminal does not work, it will work after 11 am (left around 9:30). He left in the end. I planned to come back in the evening to stay for one more day and close this issue with the payment of coffee. In the end, closer to the evening I get a call that I still have to pay for the coffee. Felt like I owe you one. Eventually I closed all the questions and went home. I didn't want to go back to the hotel anymore.

The hotel is in the process of construction and renovation work and all the undergrowth can be seen around, hide it from the eyes of visitors to the ring of 4 stars and far from cheap prices . The road to the dining room basement, thoroughly fell dust on various elements of decoration, which is immediately nasty to the eye, eliminate and maintain cleanliness is simple, take note. Breakfast at the cost of 200grn/person - it is unreasonably expensive, because you offer scrambled eggs, cereals, omelette, kefir, yogurt, compote, coffee, tea and similar menu, none of the listed by me is attracted to this cost. In almost any institution nearby for 200grn/person you can eat deliciously and thoroughly and the list of dishes will not be scant and more nutritious. Do not be greedy, feed your guests deliciously and follow the price/quality ratio!

The hotel is conveniently located in the business district, close to many attractions. the center is just a short taxi ride away. the rooms are quite spacious with nice bathrooms and great service from the friendly staff. the breakfast is delicious and there is excellent Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel. the restaurant is also worth a visit for a great meal.

Some guests noted that the hotel is not located in the city center and may not be the best choice if you plan on visiting several locations.

A good stylish hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A good delicious breakfast - there has always been a choice of both salty and sweet dishes. Personal requests (shaving kit, iron) responded quickly (only 1 girl manager from reception, alas, for a very long time) - for this special thanks!

There was one fault with the 1st girl manager's job at reception, but it didn't spoil our impression of being there. Just put more active people in front of the reception, because sometimes it is necessary to solve some issues many times faster than she was able to. Either she hasn't yet joined the work or it's not about her - pay attention and everything will be fine :).

Large rooms with silk sheets, friendly staff, home away from home, highly recommend, helpful workers.

Nothing it was perfect.

Windows in the room are all covered by glass facade system and therefore you can't open any window to simply ventilate the room. Ventilation using conditioner was not working as well. That's terrible...

Everythink was perfect!

Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. During my Easter weekend stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the food itself was tasty. the location was convenient as it was close to key landmarks and public transportation options were easily accessible.

Strong smell of smoke and limited dining options. Unfortunately, the room I was given had a strong smell of smoke and the hotel didn't have any other rooms available.

Reception worker Are wonderful. They Are like My family.

The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. The hotel was clean and had good facilities, including parking and transportation options. The location was in the business district and away from the hectic city center.
